He seems to like that pink pig. It's so far the only toy he can carry around which he won't abandon upon seeing another toy. He had a plastic cookie which he would carry everywhere, unless you tossed the blue ring at him. Then the blue ring was greatest of all toys, until he found the pig. Then the pig was greatest, and still is. We've put all his other toys in front of him and he still carries the pig.

Don't think we have any pictures of doing any kind of walking-type activities. We've got ones of him standing up against something, but that sort of thing can be accomplished with just glue. Eagle-eyed viewers may notice teeth in the last shot.

Daniel and AJ playing....I think they were both happy to have someone the same size to play with. They're 9 days apart in age, and AJ is also a micropreemie....his mom and I were actually due at the same time.




Daniel did in fact figure out the crawling thing....he really wanted to keep up with AJ. :) He's also pulling himself up on everything now and cruising around. He's up to about 17 pounds too. :)

Thought I'd try a few as black and whites. I took these just prior to him running off to Indiana to go play with his cousin, and meet his extra new, probably going to be born tomorrow, cousin as well.

Word has it that he and AJ are competing for resources. He apparently has some of the same toys as Daniel, so each munchkin is feeling genuinely wronged when the other has a toy. Apparently it's spurring Daniel to crawl so he can defend his stuff. Incidentally, it isn't actually his (but don't tell him that!)

Don't ask what it takes to get a picture of a sleeping baby in near total darkness.
